DMI is responsible ONLY for the management of attendees’ accommodation and conference bookings for the duration of the conference. Meals are included with accomodation and conference packages.
All flights, visas, travel insurance, transport or additional accommodation are the responsibility of attendees.
EVERY attendee must fill out a registration form, even if your are doing a group payment for the accommodation and registration.
Please note that the payments are made in AUD and price will fluctuate as the exchange rate changes to match Kenyan Shillings.
At this stage we are taking expressions of interest for the optional tours after the conference. Payments for after conference optional tours will be made upon arrival that the conference.
The following are the cancellation charges. In each case, the percentage charged applies to the total amount paid.
• 60 days prior to arrival date – 10%
• 45 days prior to arrival date – 50%
• 30 days prior to arrival date – 75%
• Under 30 days – 100%
